Inhail Trading provides air purification and air-quality solutions for residential, commercial, educational, healthcare, and other environments in the Philippines.

Our Website features products including, but not limited to:

• Air quality monitors
• HEPA filters
• Activated carbon filters
• Replacement filters
• Other air-quality products and accessories

Product availability, specifications, pricing, and applicable services may vary.

2. Eligibility

By using this Website or placing an order, you confirm that:

• You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement;

• You will use the Website only for lawful purposes; and
• You will comply with these Terms and all applicable Philippine laws and regulations.

If an incorrect or incomplete address results in a failed delivery, additional delivery charges may apply.

For large, commercial, institutional, or specialized orders, delivery arrangements may be separately agreed upon with the customer.

10. Product Warranty

Selected Inhail products may be covered by a manufacturer’s or seller’s warranty.

Inhail currently advertises a 1-year product warranty against manufacturing defects for its air purifiers.

Warranty coverage may vary by product.

Warranty claims may require:

• Proof of purchase;
• Order or invoice details;
• Product serial number;
• Photographs or videos of the issue; and
• Inspection or testing of the product.

Warranty coverage does not necessarily extend to damage caused by misuse, unauthorized repairs or modifications, accidents, improper installation, or failure to follow operating instructions.

The specific warranty terms applicable to a product will prevail where they provide additional or more specific coverage.

11. Air Quality and Health Disclaimer

Air purifiers and air-quality products are designed to assist with indoor air management and filtration.

However, no air purifier can guarantee the complete removal of every airborne pollutant or biological contaminant under all circumstances.

Product performance depends on factors including room size, airflow, ventilation, filter condition, operating settings, pollutant concentration, and proper maintenance.

Information on the Website should not be considered medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
